Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Bright Rook Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
