Silverline Sable Markets is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
