Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
