Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Facilities and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
