Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Pine Property Management is a Cleveland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
