Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Sable Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
