Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
