Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
