Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
