Foxglove Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
