Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Beacon Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
