Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fern Arts Center and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
