Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Sable Staffing is a Cleveland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
