Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
