Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
