Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meridian Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
