Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vista Housing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
