Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
