Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
