Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Chicago region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
