Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Glen Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
