Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Nova West Foods is a Charlotte food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
