Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Charlotte, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
