Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
