Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Charleston, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
