Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Clear Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charleston. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
