Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
