Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Health Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
