Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Bright Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Boston region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
