Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Boston serving students and families, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
