Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Cedar Pike Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
