Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Loom Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
