Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Stonegate North Medical is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
