Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ivory Freight is a Boise logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
