Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Markets Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
