Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ridge Financial is a financial-services company in Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
