Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Junction Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
