Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
