Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Holdings and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
