Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
