Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Cedar Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
