Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
