Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Ironwood River Pharma develops and makes medicines in Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
