Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Bright Harbor Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
