Bluepeak Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
