Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Stone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
