Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Birch Legal Group provides legal services in Austin across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
