Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Greenridge River Manufacturing makes precision components in Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
