Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Summit Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
