Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Maple Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
